Day 3

I caught up!! Well sort of. I did Plyometrics, but I can't find the time to do my arms and shoulders. My ab workout went great this morning. I wasn't as sore. Plyo kicked my butt tho. I got through about 15 minutes of it and couldn't breath. So I know that I will have to work hard on this one. Meanwhile.. the kids are screaming so I have to go.  I am feeling so much better tho but didn't really realize how out of shape I am in. Oye.

Day 2

Welp... let's just say, I didn't do anything! Partially because I was sick with a stomach flu or whatnot but I couldn't even walk to the bathroom without being hunched over. Needless to say running and jumping in my living room didn't sound so appetizing :) Hopefully I get over this soon so I can catch up! I am still eating well tho and have lost a pound just by stoping my soda a bad food intake! Go me! :)

Day 1

Getting back into the whole work out routine thing was actually easier than I had expected. This past week I was worried as to where I would find the motivation I had a long time ago. Surprisingly about 5 minutes into my first workout it all came back to me. I have pulled out my old white board that had all the nutrition and foods I could eat still on it. Now to hang it up!

Today was Chest and Back. I think that I picked back up right where I left off which was nice. I used to be able to do more pushups than I could do today but I'm sure it will come back to me. I missed the workouts with Tony. Yes.. it's on a television screen but when your really into it it almost feels like your there.

It's amazing what working out can do for me. I feel so much more energized and better about myself. I don't feel bloated and feel like I could run a mile. I also ate a little bit better as well.... only having about a fourth cup of rice and a half slice of bread for my carbs really helped me considering I usually tend to eat carbs on an hourly basis :)

I am SO motivated to get rid of this belly flab that likes to roll on top of itself when I sit down. It's amazing what having children can do to your body. Sad... I know but I wouldn't change it for the world. Now I just have to actually WORK on my health and wellness instead of eating whatever i want and not working out and never gaining a pound. This is a great start and I hope I can keep up this motivation for the next 90 days!!
